The top of this bag is folded over 3 inches and then the handles are die cut, making the handles twice as thick as the body of the bag. The most common gauge of this bag is the heavy 1.85 mil. material making it very durable. This bag can be reused many times and when its useful life is over, it can be recycled.
These bags are available in RECYCLED material :

When printing two color you should note:
Under 5000:
– 1/8″ movement in all direction is expected, this can lead to a 1/4″ visual movement.
– If the colors touch, trapping of 1/8″-1/4″ will be added.
– If there is not enough room to add trapping, lines will have to be thickened or removed.
Over 5000:
– 1/16″ movement in all direction is expected, this can lead to a 1/8″ visual movement.
– If the colors touch, trapping of 1/16″-1/8″ will be added
