The top of this bag is folded over 3 inches and then the handles are die cut, making the handles twice as thick as the body of the bag. The most common gauge of this bag is the heavy 1.85 mil material making it very durable. This bag can be reused many times and when its useful life is over, it can be recycled.
These bags are available in 2 different material RECYCLED and OXO – DEGRADABLE:
RECYCLED PLASTIC: These bags contain up to 50% RECYCLED Material.
OXO-DEGRADABLE PLASTIC: Up to 2 Year Shelf Life. Manufacturer’s suggested shelf life of OXO Degradable Plastic is approximately 2 years depending on storage facilities and the environmental conditions under which the bags have been exposed or stored. Light, heat, humidity and other conditions may cause the bags to degrade sooner.

When printing two color you should note:
Under 5000:
– 1/8″ movement in all direction is expected, this can lead to a 1/4″ visual movement.
– If the colors touch, trapping of 1/8″-1/4″ will be added.
– If there is not enough room to add trapping, lines will have to be thickened or removed.
Over 5000:
– 1/16″ movement in all direction is expected, this can lead to a 1/8″ visual movement.
– If the colors touch, trapping of 1/16″-1/8″ will be added
